We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
All tags and original packaging must be included
Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be approved before being sent back. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon arrival. If your item is:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect

Contact us immediately at support@spritzo.net with details and photos if possible. We’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Custom or personalized products
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, the best approach is to:

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

Items must still meet the standard return conditions (unused, original condition, packaging, etc.).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
